Our recent stay at the Berkshire Apartment 11Helena House Lux Studio was overall quite pleasant, with a convenient and quiet location. We appreciated the amenities provided, like the cooling fan during the heatwave. The apartment felt like a home away from home, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
While the studio apartment met most of our needs, there were a couple of minor issues. It would have been nice to have an egg flip and an extra pot in the kitchen.

I recently stayed at Helena House in Reading for a week, both for business and leisure purposes. The apartment was ideally located on a quiet road but close to Bath Rd, making it convenient for both work and exploring the area. The highlight for me was the unexpected treat of a tea and coffee pod machine, a nice touch that added to the overall comfort of the stay. The apartment was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer, iron, and board. The shower had good pressure, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Additionally, there were supermarkets and a delightful bar called The Castle Tap within a short walking distance.
Can recommend this hotel.

the owners are fantastic and the apartment itself is wonderful. It's a fully furnished studio with plenty of natural light and a modern design. It has everything you need for either a work trip or a leisurely stay. Despite its close proximity to the A4, there was no road noise at all, allowing me to have a peaceful and restful sleep every night. the location is also very convenient, with easy access to junction 12 and the town centre. There are supermarkets and dining options nearby, making it a perfect base for a week-long stay. the on-site parking is safe and secure. I highly recommend Berkshire Apartment 11 in Helena House as a superior alternative to a hotel. Cons: It was all superb! 😊.
